Just because your warranty ends doesn’t mean you’re any less important to us. Heck no! Your products were built to last, and we’re behind you for the long haul (please though, stop eating so many beans).
If you’ve got a product that is past it’s warranty period, and need a fix, we’re happy to help out however we can. We really do know how frustrating it can be when something you rely on stops doing what it should, no matter when you bought it!
We do our very best to maintain parts and technical information for ALL of our products, even those which have long since gone to the great lighting rig in the sky. If you have a problem, just complete the non-warranty RMA form here, and we’ll give you instructions on how to send your product in for service.
Oh, and we also promise that we’re not going to soak you on parts and repair costs, either. For non-warranty repairs, we only charge what we need to to cover our costs. We’d rather have you as a customer for the long haul than profit from your misfortune. A novel concept, hey?
Once you contact us, we’ll give you our honest opinion about whether we think it’s worth it to fix the issue. If we have a newer product which we think might be a better fit, we’ll suggest that, too. If you like it, we’ll even do our best to get you into it at a discounted price!
